Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And
Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And
Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
You are a being of true love.
There are times I think I understand you.
There are other times I am totally baffled.
I am baffled because I understand you one
minute and at the next minute it seems you
are a totally mystery.
However, whether I understand you or not,
I do understand and I do know with absolute
certainty, you are a being of true love.
I also know, you demand from me
absolute obedience.
I try to be obedient.
Most of the time I am obedient.
However, sometimes I fall down, make
mistakes,
and do what I know is sinful in your eyes.
I do not fall down, make mistakes, and do
what I know is sinful on purpose.
I fall down, make mistakes, and do what is
sinful without any intent other than
pleasing myself.
However, every time I fall down, make
mistakes, and do what is sinful, I am deeply
grieved and disappointed in myself.
I know you get disappointed in me too.
I am so sorry, Lord.
I am so sorry.
Please help me change.
All these things I humbly pray in the name
of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my
Mighty God, and my Ever-present
Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
